How we
make it.

How Grace turns maize and millets into clean, crunchy puffs — five steps, done the same way every time since 1985.

Step 01The Grain

Source.
Select.

Everything begins with the grain. We source clean maize and millets — ragi, jowar and bajri — directly, then sort and grade every batch. No blending, no fillers, no mystery.

Step 02The Prep

Clean.
Condition.

Grain is cleaned of dust, husk and foreign matter, then moisture-conditioned to the exact point where it will puff evenly. Get this wrong and the puff is dense; get it right and it's feather-light.

De-stoned, cleaned, moisture-tuned.

Step 03The Puff

Roast.
Puff.

High-heat air roasting bursts each grain open into a crisp, airy puff. Roasted, never fried — no oil touches the grain. This is what makes Grace murmura clean and light.

Air-roasted. No oil. Never fried.

Step 04The Check

Sieve.
Inspect.

Every batch is sieved and inspected for size, colour and crunch. We run an FSSAI-licensed facility, so nothing leaves the floor without passing our quality check.
