Founding Story
Roasted. Never Fried.
In 1985, founder Mr. Jitendra Vinayak Jariwala visited an international exhibition in Lisbon, Portugal, where he witnessed a live demonstration of food extrusion technology — a process that transformed grains into light, crisp puffs with precision and consistency. At a time when such machinery was rarely seen in India, the experience sparked a vision to bring this innovation home and build something entirely new around it.
What started with Makai Mamra soon grew into a deeper commitment to grain-based snacking rooted in quality, simplicity, and trust. Over the decades, the company expanded beyond corn into puffed products made from bajra, jowar, and ragi — combining traditional grains with modern manufacturing expertise. Today, with more than four decades of experience, New Grace continues to craft clean, roasted snacks shaped by heritage, curiosity, and a long-standing belief that honest ingredients deserve thoughtful making.
